At Gonreel Motion Imagery™, represented by Munish Kumar, this Terms of Service (the "Agreement") governs your use of our website (the "Site") and the digital products (the "Products") we offer for sale through third-party platforms such as Shopify, Gumroad, and Ko-fi.
The Products offered by the Company are digital and include 3D models, Blender add-ons, other CG Assets, and PDF files. Before making a purchase, we encourage you to review our Products by watching the related videos on our Site and the third-party platforms.
The Products are non-refundable due to their digital nature. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund once the Product has been downloaded.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and by this Agreement. You agree not to use the Site:
- To cause harm to others or the Site itself
- To violate any laws, regulations, or rules
- To promote or engage in illegal activities
- To promote or engage in commercial activities without the Company's written consent.
Additionally, please note that your payments are secure and handled by trusted third-party payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, and Razorpay. These processors are responsible for the security of your payment information, and we do not store or have access to your payment details.
The Products and the Site are provided "as is" and the Company makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee that the Products or the Site will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Products or the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Company will not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising in connection with the Products or the Site or your use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if the Company or its representatives are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses, or expenses.
